Shipments and Delivery Policy

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Delivery Policy 

  1. We will start our parcel packing at 10.30am daily (on Business days,  Monday - Friday). We will send out your order on the next working day.
  2. We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resource allocation problems. For urgent orders, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
  3. If it so happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However, under certain conditions, we may refund you directly without prior notice. 
  4. E-HEALTHMAX.COM reserves the righs to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and weight of your goods. Please make a remark in your order form if any delivery companies will not reach your location.
  5. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed through customs. If you feel your order has been delayed please contact your local customs office.
  6. You are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs placed on your orders. Declared value is kept to a minimum. Returned orders are still charged shipping.
  7. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number via email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 3 days (For Local) and after 5 days (For International), please contact the courier company directly or email us so that we can help you to sort things out.
  8. If you have given us an invalid address or contact number, causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not pay for the shipping charges for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.
  9. Our delivery charges are based on local charges within West Malaysia. However, if the destination is outside West Malaysia, please send us an enquiry via email on the cost of delivery. You will have to pay the delivery charges separately.
  10. For International order and delivery, the delivery rates differ according to locations. You can email your items and your country and we'll calculate the rate for you.
  11. We also allow for self pick-ups if you do not want to bear shipping costs. Our location is at Kulim, Kedah but we will give you the exact address once your order is confirmed.

Zoning and Estimated Delivery Time

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed through customs. If you feel your order has been delayed please contact your local customs office.
