Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds and Exchange are not allowed in E-HEALTHMAX.COM.
However, if the customer find that the purchase items are damage or spoil due to courier transportation carelessness, customer should informed us by email indicating the invoice number and the purchase items details.
Exchange period allowable, is calculated starting from the date of delivery for Local Order within 7 days and for international orders within 10 days. E-HEALTHMAX.COM will notify the customer and customer will have to bear the 50% cost for re-delivery. If customer has not responded to the notification and make payment for the re-delivery cost wihtin 10 days after delivery of notification, E-HEALTHMAX.COM reserves the right to claim ownership of the items and dispose of the items.
If the Exchange Periods is past the allowable, it is not deemed to be exchangeable.
